Visa Consultation Services: Personalized guidance, up-to-date information on visa requirements, document checklists, and strategic advice for visa applications.

1.1. Service Quality (Consumer Rights Act 2015)

We are under a legal duty to supply services that are in conformity with this contract. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we must provide our services with reasonable care and skill .
Important Disclaimer on Visa Services: We provide consultation and guidance services only. We are not a government agency, and we do not issue visas. The final decision on any visa application rests solely with the relevant government authority or embassy. We do not guarantee the approval of any visa application.

2. Fees and Payments

2.1. General Payment Terms

You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your purchase of any paid Services, including visa consultation packages, or other products, in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable.

2.2. Payment Processing and Security

As noted above, all financial transactions related to our paid services are processed by secure, third-party payment gateways.
“We do not store sensitive payment information, such as full credit card numbers or CVV codes, on our servers. This data is securely transmitted directly to our payment processor, which is compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).”
By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that your payment information will be processed by our third-party payment processor, and you consent to the transfer of your information to them for this purpose.

2.3. Non-Refundable Fees and Right to Cancel

All fees for Services, including consultation fees and service charges, are non-refundable. This policy is in place because our service involves the immediate provision of expert time, personalized guidance, and access to proprietary information, regardless of the outcome of a visa application .
•Right to Cancel (Distance Selling): As a consumer, you generally have a 14-day right to cancel a service contract under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
•Loss of Right to Cancel: You expressly agree that we may begin the supply of the service immediately upon purchase. You acknowledge that your right to cancel will be lost if the service is fully performed or has begin within the 14-days cancellation period . Given the nature of our consultation services (e.g., immediate document review, personalized advice on visa related), the service may be deemed fully performed shortly after purchase.
If a visa application is denied or Approved, the fees paid to OtravelGuide for consultation services are not refundable.
If you cancel a consultation service after the initial service has been rendered or has begun (e.g., document review has begun, or personalized advice has been provided/begun), the fees are non-refundable.

3. User Obligations

You agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information as may be prompted by any registration forms or service requests.
Maintain the security of your password and identification.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your use of the Services.
Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the Services.

4. Intellectual Property

The Services and their original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of OtravelGuide and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of OtravelGuide.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall OtravelGuide, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services;
Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services;
Any content obtained from the Services; and
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
This limitation of liability is especially relevant to the outcome of any visa application. OtravelGuide is not liable for any costs, damages, or losses resulting from a visa denial, delay, or any other adverse outcome of a visa application.

6. International Data Transfers

We are a global service, and your Personal Data may be stored and processed in any country where we have facilities or where we engage service providers. By using our Services, you understand that your information may be transferred to countries outside of your country of residence, which may have different data protection rules than your country. We take steps to ensure that your data is protected in accordance with this Policy and personal information collected are :
